All items shipped from PugCafe.com directly will ship via USPS. Charges for shipping and handling are based on your order total and weight. PLEASE NOTE: Media Mail can ONLY be used for books, cds, and calendars. If you choose this method for other items your shipping fee will automatically be billed at a priority rate.

International Orders: All other orders mailed outside the U.S. are sent Air Mail. Rates do not include European Union customs duties, VAT, and any other local taxes and/or duties, if applicable, that would be the sole responsibility of the customer upon receipt. We attach an international customs declaration to your package and charge you for the cost of mailing or shipping your package. Customs duties are not assessed until a package arrives to the designated country and they cannot be paid in advance. Upon arrival into the country, the postal service will route it to a Customs International mail facility, where inspectors will determine whether duty is owed. If duty is owed, the Postal Service will collect it from the recipient before delivering the package. There are various rates of duty for goods. Whether or not your shipment requires the payment of duty depends on its classification. Determining a good's classification, and therefore its duty rate, is very complicated.
